Rebound Physical Therapy Work Injury Rehabilitation Program
At Rebound Physical Therapy Bend North, we specialize in helping the injured worker from initial injury to return to work in the most efficient manner possible. Rebound offers “Same Day” assessments at anyone of its 10 Clinics in Central Oregon to initiate care and start the return to work process as quickly as possible. Our separate Work Injury Facility (Adjacent to Rebound North clinic) is equipped for all Physical Capacity/ Work Capacity Testing and Work Simulation Rehabilitation (Work Conditioning / Work Hardening). In this facility we are able to provide the testing needed by providers, insurers, employers. We are also able to re-create job demands specific to the injured worker and simulate the duties and movements required by them to safely return to work. We are the only physical therapy Bend provider to have a separate facility devoted to testing and work simulation.

Cole Manoukian PT, DPT
Cole Manoukian, PT, DPT is originally from Southern California where he, uniquely, spent his formidable years playing ice hockey. He attended UCLA, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Science and graduating with Academic Excellence. He continued his education at Chapman University in Irvine, CA earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree.
After graduation Cole stayed in the Southern California area honing his PT skills in various outpatient orthopedic settings. While still in the early stages of his career, Cole has realized that his passion is truly to help people. This passion drives him to see a wide range of varying patients. From outpatient/post-surgical to sports/athletic populations, as well as geriatric; helping patients get back to their pre-injury quality of life is what really matters.
Cole and his fiancé, Emily, were ecstatic to relocate to Bend for numerous reasons, but most notably their love for mountain biking.
When he’s not at work or on the biking trails, Cole can usually be found in the gym or out chasing new adventures with Emily.

Originally from Michigan, Eric Edwards, PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT completed his undergraduate degree at Siena Heights University, where he also competed as a four-year collegiate athlete in cross-country and track & field.
