A personalized home office assessment is conducted either on-site or remotely, take approximately 45 minutes and includes:

  • Initial intake interview and assessment of current workspace and related ergonomic factors

  • Assessment of computer equipment, accessories, seating, and video display terminal (VDT) as outlined by OSHA

  • Evaluation of work routine and environmental factors

  • Task analysis of work duties

  • On-the-spot recommendations and adjustments

  • A detailed follow-up report with further recommendations on modifications, equipment, and body mechanics. Sent to you within 1 weeks of the assessment.

  • Optional follow-up 15 minute phone call

  • Our assessment and consultation process includes completion of an OSHA – compliant checklist and on-the-spot recommendations and modifications for each employee, performed by a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist. As well as a detailed follow-up report with further recommendations on modifications, equipment, and body mechanics.
