Physical Therapy + Athletic Performance



Our Boss Sports Performance center is where rehabilitation meets athletic performance. Physical therapy will focuses on a comprehensive approach to injuries and injury prevention. Treatment encompasses evaluation of the injury and all contributing factors addressing deficiencies and weakness factoring into your injury. Unlike any other facility in central Oregon, our Boss Sports Performance center allows one to pursue improved fitness, athletic performance, and continue to progress once pain is gone. It is a state of the art facility based on an integrated model of wellness, athlete biomechanics lab, injury prevention, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation.






Chaz Manocchio PT, DPT CSCS. Chaz has Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science with emphasis on Strength and Conditioning from University of Findlay (OH).He is a Board-Certified Sports Specialist (SCS), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and EMT. Chaz is a contributing educator with a national PT sports residency program and serves as a content expert in the areas of concussion management, acute injury management, and emergency / environmental medicine for Final Frontiers teaching courses. He enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions, with special interest in mountain sports including mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding and climbing, swimming, concussion, and vestibular conditions. Chaz is excited to bring his skills to Rebound housed in the BOSS Sports Performance facility in Bend.
Chaz was a collegiate swimmer with 13 years of competition and is now an avid mountain biker who competes in downhill racing. In his spare time, you’ll find Chaz spending his time with his wife on an outdoor adventure with their 2 dogs (a Pyrenees and a golden mix) or home nerd-ing out with a good research article, comic, or video game!






Originally from Michigan, Eric Edwards, PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT completed his undergraduate degree at Siena Heights University, where he also competed as a four-year collegiate athlete in cross-country and track & field. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY.
Following graduation he worked at Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team where he completed a year-long orthopedic clinical development program, served as the regional running specialist, and earned certification in vestibular rehabilitation from the American Institute of Balance.
Eric’s clinical interests include a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, manual therapy, and being able to work one-on-one with his patients to help them return to the activities they enjoy. Eric recently became a certified manual physical therapist through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy.
In his free time, Eric enjoys numerous outdoor activities including, mountain biking, running, backpacking, and spending time with his wife Mary and their two girls Cora and Lilah.
