Brooke’s journey with Rebound Physical Therapy started before PT school, working as an aide in the Prineville clinic for two years. She later returned as a student for a clinical rotation under Justin Hoggarth, and is excited to now be back as a physical therapist. She has experience in outpatient spine care and concussion management and enjoys working with a wide variety of patients.
Brooke values building genuine relationships with her patients and is passionate about helping people in rural communities get the same high quality care as anywhere else. Whether someone is getting back to sport, work, or everyday activities, she enjoys being part of that process.
Outside of the clinic, Brooke and her fiancé enjoy all of the fun outdoor activities the PNW has to offer. Their dog Finn tags along happily on all of their adventures.

Hayley Hoggarth, OTR/L, CEAS
Hayley Hoggarth, OTR/L, CEAS began her path to occupational therapy in New Zealand where she accepted a student-internship, which included hosting the country’s Youth Paralympic Games. She then received her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Touro University Nevada in 2015 and spent the first three years of her career in short-term and long-term Skilled Nursing rehabilitation. During her time there, she worked with patients on functional improvements for a variety of diagnoses and conditions, including contracture management through splinting. She followed her passion for orthosis fabrication and transitioned to outpatient hand therapy in 2018.
Through the Pandemic, Hayley found many of her patients were suffering upper extremity injuries due to the abrupt transition of working from-home, and that they did not have a supportive ergonomic environment. She obtained her CEAS certification (Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist) in 2020 and has seen how valuable ergonomics education and training can be for her patient’s recovery.
Hayley is grateful to be part of Rebound Physical Therapy, and for the support of her talented colleagues as she pursues her certification as a Hand Therapist.
Hayley is joyfully joining her husband, Justin Hoggarth, DPT and Clinic Manager at the Prineville Clinic. She is looking forward to growing the Hand Therapy Program in Prineville and serving the community with new resources.

A native of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Justin Hoggarth completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sport Science from Oregon State University in Corvallis. He then obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.

Justin treats a wide range of orthopedic and neurologic conditions, with specific training in blood flow restriction exercise for enhanced muscle strength, manual therapies and rock climbing injury rehabilitation.
When he is not working, Justin loves to spend time with his wife, Hayley, and their young daughter, Maeve. His hobbies include archery and fishing, as well as cheering on his alma mater’s team — the OSU Beavers— in football.
