We are behind South Valley Bank & Trust and share a building with Starbucks. Originally from Sonora, California, Austin received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from California State University — Chico. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of California – Sacramento.
Austin’s internships largely involved working in outpatient orthopedic settings where he treated a large caseload of patients from adolescence to geriatrics with varying orthopedic and neurological injuries and greatly valued the hands-on manual therapy approach to physical therapy.
Austin’s continuing education goals are to pursue advanced biomechanics, running analysis and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) courses, and obtain his Titleist Golf program certification. He is looking forward to working alongside Rebound’s exceptional clinicians. In his free time, Austin enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Caylie, and their young son, Jackson.
Born and raised in Central Oregon, Heather earned both her Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. As an undergraduate, Heather played collegiate volleyball and minored in music. Upon graduation, Heather moved to the Seattle area to start her physical therapy career where she worked as an outpatient PT for Cascade Rehabilitation Associates.
Heather is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and holds her Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT). She loves the challenges of working in an outpatient setting.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her young son and two Boxer dogs. She also volunteers with MustLuvBoxers Rescue, an organization that strives to rescue, rehabilitate and foster abandoned Boxers.
Tami lived in Hawaii, Kenya, Washington, and California before settling in Central Oregon. She received her BA in Psychology at the University of Washington and then went on to earn her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from California State University, Fresno.
Prior to joining Rebound, Tami worked in acute care, home health, skilled nursing and outpatient care. An orthopedic generalist, Tami treats a wide range of conditions. She enjoys working for Rebound in Prineville where she loves the small, but growing friendly community.
Tami has two daughters, Danielle and Victoria. They enjoy waterskiing, camping and the outdoors. Tami also enjoys kayaking in Central Oregon waterways, running and traveling.

Teryn Wiens obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, where she played NCAA Division I soccer.
Teryn is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). Her clinical areas of interest include manual therapy and worker’s compensation rehabilitation. Prior to Rebound, she directed an occupational health clinic in Dallas. She also worked as a PT at an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Oregon City after graduation, where she served as a clinical instructor to physical therapy students and facilitated a local running club.
A resident of Prineville, Teryn enjoys running on the area’s many trails. She also loves traveling the world with her husband, Daniel.
