Bobby Bemis, PT, DPT, COMT, DIP.MT, FAAOMPT is the Bend South Clinic Manager at Rebound Physical Therapy. He earned his DPT from Regis University and holds advanced credentials in manual therapy, including Fellowship status with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.
Currently pursuing his Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy, Bobby is researching how sleep health impacts pain in patients with musculoskeletal conditions. His specialties include lumbar, thoracic, and cervical spine care, as well as temporomandibular disorders. Bobby partners with patients to create personalized, lifestyle-focused treatment plans.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, swimming, mountain biking, traveling, and paddle boarding with his Portuguese Water Dog, Melvin.






Lela Stemple PT, DPT, ATC
Originally from Southern Oregon, Lela Stemple, PT, DPT, ATC obtained her undergraduate degree in athletic training and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Boston University. During her education, she treated Division I athletes from various Boston area schools, including Harvard, and gained experience in high school and pediatric settings. Along with her clinical experiences, her participation on the BU track and cross-country teams helped develop a passion for treating endurance athletes of all ages.
Currently, she enjoys treating various orthopedic conditions and populations, and has a particular interest in treating endurance athletes, pediatric athletes, and foot and ankle pathologies. She is actively pursuing higher certifications in sports physical therapy. Additionally, she enjoys being involved in community health outreach programs and encouraging patients to find a way to enjoy movement.
In her spare time, Lela enjoys volunteer coaching at local schools, collecting as many books as possible, and hiking and running with her husband, William, and their dog, Axl.






Sophia Holms, PT, DPT was born and raised in Fullerton, CA where she began playing indoor and sand volleyball, going on to play the former at Clarkson University. After obtaining her Bachelors of Science in Psychology, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Simmons University in Boston, MA.
While Sophia treats a wide range of orthopedic and sports injuries, she specializes in lower extremity injuries, surgical rehab of the knee, barbell athletes, and court sport athletes. Sophia has earned her ICE Certified Specialist: Fitness Athlete to better push herself and her patients in the world of weightlifting, bodybuilding, and regular gym go’ers. Additionally, she is working towards becoming a Boards-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy to better serve her patient population. She blends a psychologically-informed, fitness-forward mindset with evidence-based treatments to keep everyone in the game, continuing to move and do what they love. She empowers her patients to take an active role in their individualized rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
More often than not, you can find Sophia lifting weights at the gym entirely way too early in the morning. She can also talk your ear off if you ask what TV show, movie, podcast, etc. she’s been binging lately
