Austin received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Oregon State University – Cascades in 2025 and his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Exercise and Sports Science from Marian University (Fond Du Lac, WI). Austin’s clinical experience included treating those with neurological diagnoses, managing active-duty military members with orthopedic injuries, and hospital based acute care. Austin enjoys treating all patient populations and is passionate about providing care for those who have sustained concussions and sport-related injuries.
In his free time, you’ll find Austin skiing, playing lacrosse, and reading.






Connor Perkins, PT, DPT
Connor Perkins, PT, DPT was born and raised in Beaverton, OR. He grew up playing and coaching lacrosse and took that passion and skill to Oregon State University where he played on the OSU Men’s Lacrosse Team.
Connor graduated from OSU with a B.S in Kinesiology and went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. Connor’s clinic experience is well rounded taking him from Atlanta, GA, Tillamook, OR, and Mission Hills, CA. Connor has treated patients in multiple different clinical settings including outpatient orthopedics, outpatient hospital based, and inpatient. Connor treats a wide array of patient populations and diagnoses and has a specific interest in active populations, general orthopedics, and neurology.
Connor recently moved to Bend with his girlfriend and joined Rebound Physical Therapy’s Bend East clinic as an outpatient orthopedic staff therapist!
When he is not in the clinic, Connor can be found outside mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, or playing disc golf.






Erica Hranicka, OT/L, CHT has worked as an outpatient hand therapist since 2003, and has extensive post-operative and splinting experience.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Erica moved to the Pacific Northwest after college and worked in Olympia, WA, in home health and school system settings. She then moved to Portland, OR, and worked at Tuality Hospital, treating inpatients and outpatient neurological and lymphedema patients. She spent 10 years managing outpatient hand therapy and occupational and physical therapy for Tuality HealthPlace.
In 2003, Erica transitioned to hand therapy since that time. Erica enjoys problem solving and the pursuit of ongoing learning needed for this complex specialty; and believes that collaboration with her patients is essential when helping them to return to their work and recreational activities.
Erica and her husband, Phillip, moved to Bend in 2017. She enjoys hiking, backpacking, climbing, cross country skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, and riding her motorcycle. She is also a volunteer for the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue team.

Erin grew up all over the western United States. She graduated from high school in Salinas, California, received a Bachelor in Exercise Science from University of Arizona, and earned her Masters in Physical Therapy at Chapman University in Orange, California, in 1998. Erin first worked in acute care at Community Hospital of Monterey Peninsula.
After gaining some experience, she pursued her interest in orthopedics at a private practice clinic in Salinas, California. In 2001, she came to Central Oregon and she has been working and growing with Rebound ever since. Erin became a Stott certified Pilates instructor in 2005 and received her Rehab Pilates certification through Stott in 2010. She is one of the only Rehab Pilates certified PT in Central Oregon and is the director for Rebound’s Rehab Pilates program. Stott Pilates is a contemporary, anatomically-based approach to the mind-body exercise practice. Combined with her expertise in orthopedics and manual therapy, this has been very beneficial to her patients. Prenatal and postpartum care is also a special interest of Erin’s practice.
Erin’s postgraduate education in women’s health includes coursework in obstetrics, both prenatal and postpartum, orthopedic incontinence, organ prolapse and visceral mobilization through APTA and Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute. She applies a holistic approach to restore function and quality of life. She has taken obstetrics coursework through the APTA and directs Rebound’s Women’s Health program, which focuses on pain management, preventative care and patient education during pregnancy and in the months and years to follow. Erin, her husband Scott, and their two children enjoy the Central Oregon lifestyle with skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, and the warmer months are full of water skiing, wakeboarding, mountain biking and camping.






With over 24 years of experience, Jessica utilizes Orthopedic Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Active Release Techniques (ART), and the Rolf Method to create individualized care plans that reflect each patient’s unique needs.
Jessica earned her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, CA. She has had the opportunity to study in China and Japan, deepening her understanding of Japanese palpation based techniques and treatment methods as well as advanced orthopedic and neurological treatment methods. Always committed to learning, she continually expands her knowledge to offer the best care to her patients.
Her work history includes the SF Bay Area for over 12 years at a medical family practice office and an Occupational Medical Center, treating a wide range of conditions from sports injuries to chronic orthopedic issues. In 2018, she joined Rebound, where she continues to serve a diverse patient base, from children to seniors. “I pride myself on being a present listener, personalizing treatment based on individual history and environmental factors to create a dynamic path to wellness.”
Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, climbing, Nordic skiing, studying Classical Chinese Medicine and being in nature.






Kimberlee joined us in 2017, coming to Central Oregon from Seattle where she was instrumental in developing the Vestibular Rehabilitation Programs at Harborview Medical Center and Evergreen Home Health. She earned her Physical Therapy degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, and her Certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation in 2014 from the American Physical Therapy Association through Emory University in Atlanta. She has been in PT practice for over 20 years and has extensive experience with the treatment and coordination of care for patients with vestibular disorders, orthopedic injuries, medical and neurologic conditions.
Kimberlee works in the Rebound’s East Bend Clinic treating patients with dizziness, vertigo, concussions and balance problems. The use of an infared video camera helps her to accurately evaluate and treat patients with vestibular disorders.
In her free time, Kimberlee and her family love various outdoor adventures within Central Oregon particularly snowboarding, skate skiing, hiking, biking and trail running.






Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Following graduation, she worked in outpatient orthopedics in the Minneapolis area, gaining excellent experience in treating a wide variety of conservative and post-operative orthopedic conditions.
Prior to Rebound, Rachel worked as a travel physical therapist, living in seven different states over three and a half years. During this period, she spent a large amount of time in orthopedics and sports medicine, allowing her to reaffirm her passion for working with diverse, active patient populations. Rachel and her husband love the lifestyle that Central Oregon offers with endless biking, hiking, camping, and skiing. She is incredibly excited to be part of a community centered around all things outdoors.






Stephanie Sultzer, PT, DPT
Bend East Clinic Stephanie Sultzer is originally from Richmond, Virginia and has always been interested in healthcare. She was an EMT for 8 years and rode with a volunteer rescue squad in Richmond for much of that time. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Virginia, and then obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Boston University. She completed over a year-long advanced manual therapy and clinical reasoning curriculum with the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in Massachusetts. Over the course of her career, Steph has been working in outpatient orthopedics at well-respected clinics around the country. She has over 15 years of experience in this setting and a treatment philosophy rooted in manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, and patient education.
Outside of the clinic, Steph enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, their two young daughters, and occasionally their two crazy dogs, Bruin and Bos. On the weekends, you might find her running, skiing, at a lake, or playing in a pickup soccer game.






Tony Dao, OTR/L, CHT is the Director of Rebound’s Hand Therapy program. Tony has practiced as an occupational therapist since graduating from the University of Washington. He began his career working in acute care at Seattle’s Harborview Medical Center (HMC), the region’s only level 1 trauma center. He gained his initial experience treating patients in the general surgery/trauma, orthopedic and neuroscience services.
During this time Tony developed a deep passion for treating the upper extremity. He worked hard to attain the title of OT Clinical Specialist, which enabled him to mentor other clinicians in trauma care, including post-operative wound care and fabrication of custom orthoses/splints. His goal of transitioning to outpatient hand therapy was realized when he joined Integrated Rehabilitation Group (IRG) as the Director of Hand Therapy in 2005. During his 9 year tenure, IRG expanded to 8 hand therapy clinics with Tony as the clinical lead providing mentoring and education to their clinical staff, while maintaining strong relationships with local physicians and the community. Tony strives to continually sharpen his skills through continuing education courses.
He has attended hundreds of hours of classes in subjects including manual therapy and advanced splinting techniques. He has completed the coursework and is now eligible for manual therapy certification (COMT) from the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine-US. Other schools of training he has attended and valued include the Mulligan Concept, Doctors Demystify, Seattle Center for Structural Medicine, Kinesio taping Association, and Orfit Splinting Workshops.
Tony and his wife, Rebecca, and their two children enjoy the Central Oregon community and make the most of the both snowy and sunny days. From skiing at Bachelor and the local Nordic trails, to fly fishing, trail running, playing golf, hiking and enjoying the outdoors; each day is a welcomed adventure!






Zach graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana in 2013. He spent the first three years of his career working at Deaconess Medical Center in Spokane, WA in the acute and subacute setting. Zach gained valuable experience working with multi-trauma, orthopedic and post-surgical cases. He spent the next nine years working for North Idaho PT in Coeur d’alene, ID and was a Co-Clinic Director for them the past four years
At the beginning of 2025, Zach moved to Bend and is loving the chance to get to know the local community and wonderful people in Oregon he has the privilege to serve. He feels fortunate to help facilitate a person’s return to their normal lifestyle through his profession, along with the opportunity to continually educate and positively impact the process.
Growing up in Montana, Zach loves being out in nature whether it be camping, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, or lounging by the river. He is passionate about athletics and played collegiate basketball for Carroll College. He also loves gardening and is the 2018 North Idaho Grand Champion.

Rebound Physical Therapy Bend East is in the medical building located near the corner of of NE Cushing Drive and Medical Center Drive.
