The Rebound Physical Therapy Sunriver clinic is located in Sunriver Plaza off of Venture Lane, accessible off of South Century Drive. Our Building is right across the street from Deschutes Public Library. Our Sunriver physical therapy clinic is a Direct Access Provider – meaning that you may not need a physician’s referral in order to come in for an initial evaluation. Rebound Physical Therapy has spent years building a reputation as the top provider of orthopedic physical therapy in Central Oregon since 1995. We are proud to provide the Sunriver community our physical therapy services at our clinic located in the Sunriver Business Park.

We understand that you have no room in your schedule for pain, and so we work with you and your physician to develop a treatment plan that meets your needs and fits your schedule. Rebound’s Sunriver physical therapy clinic is staffed with one of our top orthopedic specialists, Eric Walberg. Eric has extensive experience with treatment of orthopedic injuries including spine pain. He also is very experienced with post-operative rehabilitation including total joint replacements. Eric also has completed training with the Titleist Performance Institute in golf swing mechanics as it relates to injury.

Our clinic in Sunriver offers orthopedic acupuncture to compliment your physical therapy, as well as access to our extensive specialty programs for treatment of chronic pain, dizziness and balance disorders, hand injuries, and pregnancy-related pain. Eric earned his Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of North Dakota in 2002. He has worked as an orthopedic physical therapist in Washington and Oregon, and has worked in Central Oregon with Rebound since 2009, managing the Sunriver clinic since 2012. Eric has certifications in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (2005), Certified Clinical Instructor through American Physical Therapy Association (2006), and a Titleist® Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor – Level 1 (2013). Eric specializes in treating spine disorders and post-operative orthopedic rehab. He also enjoys treating sports-related injuries.

Eric has strong ties to the Sunriver Community. He and his family started visiting Sunriver every year in 1978 and Eric has called Sunriver “home” since 1998 when his parents moved to Sunriver. Eric enjoys golfing, cycling, kayaking, skiing, tennis, and spending time with his wife, Jodie and his daughter, Samantha.

Kerry Hoffman, PT, DPT, ACT, CSCS developed a love of athletics early in life.  Originally from Glasgow, Montana, Hoffman grew up participating in cross country and track & field.  This passion drove her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of North Dakota.  Kerry continued on at the University of North Dakota to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Working her way west, Kerry Hoffman completed clinical training in Grand Forks, North Dakota, Billings and Helena, Montana as well as Nampa, Idaho, developing well rounded experiences in pediatrics, inpatient care, outpatient care, and sports medicine, before beginning her physical therapy career in outpatient physical therapy McMinnville, Oregon. There, she developed a passion for treating post-surgical orthopedics, balance and gait, and pelvic health.
Kerry’s drive for continued education has most recently led her complete levels one and two of the American Physical Therapy Association’s Pelvic Health coursework. Kerry is excited to continue down this path and become part of Rebound’s Women’s Health program, which focuses on management of bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pain management, preventative care and patient education during pregnancy and in the months and years to follow.
When not in clinic or the classroom, Kerry enjoys running year round, paddle boarding, hiking, and mountain biking in the summer months, as well as skiing in the winter.
