Erica has worked as an outpatient hand therapist for more than fifteen years, and has extensive post-operative and splinting experience. She previously spent 10 years managing outpatient hand therapy and occupational and physical therapy for Tuality Healthcare in the Portland area.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Erica moved to the Pacific Northwest after college and worked in Olympia, WA, in home health and school system settings before moving to Portland, OR. In 2003, Erica transitioned to Tuality’s largest outpatient clinic, and has been working in hand therapy since that time. In 2007 she became the clinic program leader and began supervising the physical and occupational therapy staff members. Erica enjoys problem solving and the pursuit of ongoing learning needed for this complex specialty; and believes that collaboration with her patients is essential when helping them to return to their work and recreational activities.
Erica and her husband, Phillip, are enjoying the active, outdoor lifestyle that comes with the area.
