Trudi graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science and certification in Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco. She has experience working as a Clinical Instructor for UC-San Francisco and Samuel Merritt University (Oakland, Calif.) physical therapy programs, and holds an Advanced Clinical Instructor Certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
Trudi has worked extensively in post-operative rehabilitation, throwing sports injuries, gait analysis and athletic shoe fitting as well as pain management, specifically for Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). Having raised a pro baseball player, she has worked with baseball players from Little League through high school. As a former competitive youth swimmer, Trudi also enjoys working with swimming and water polo shoulder rehabilitation patients.
When not at work, Trudi loves to spend time hiking, biking, snowshoeing and skiing with her husband, Bob. She also enjoys visits to Austin, Texas, to spend time with her son and daughter-in-law.
