Sarah Stafford

Originally from Colorado Springs, Sarah Stafford received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Pacific Lutheran University (Tacoma, Washington). While earning her degree she competed on the rowing and swimming teams. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Masters of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Montana in Missoula.

Sarah enjoys treating patients of all ages. She is passionate about guiding people through the rehabilitation process. Her goal is to restore function and improve quality of life. Sarah’s unique dual degree, has strengthened her ability to advocate for patient needs by identifying complex barriers to healthcare access.  She is passionate about collaborating with community members to develop and implement targeted solutions to these barriers. Sarah feels that Rebound’s dedication to the community and high quality of patient care align perfectly with her values as a healthcare professional.

In her free time, Sarah loves spending time outside. Her athletic nature and affection for hiking has pushed her to climb the Colorado “fourteeners,” consisting of 58 peaks exceeding 14000ft.  Sarah also enjoys paddle boarding, playing with any dog she can, and travel. Her favorite trip being backpacking through New Zealand.
