REP Lab’s Running Strength & Biomechanics Class will be starting up on January 30, 2014. This class is custom-tailored just for runners looking to build strength and power. While a strong engine is important for running, a stable and strong chassis ensures you can hold your form for any distance from a 5K to an ultra. The purpose of every drill, lift, and station will be to make you a stronger, faster, more efficient runner. The class is designed by nationally known running biomechanics specialist and physical therapist Jay Dicharry, PT, SCS.
He literally wrote the book on improving one’s running biomechanics to unlock potential and prevent injury – check it out at Anatomy for Runners
