Susan Jones PT

Susan is a graduate of Pacific University where she received her BS in Health Science and Master’s in Physical Therapy. Susie’s pursuit of Physical Therapy was a natural evolution since she’s always been active in sports; including playing volleyball in Community College in California, and NAIA level at Pacific University. With a professional PT career spanning 20-years, Susan honed her PT skills and knowledge while working in a variety of clinical environments with much emphasis on outpatient orthopedic settings. Susie’s clinical experience involved working with a diverse patient population and treating a full range of ages and injuries including sprains/strains, post-op rehabilitation of the spine, shoulders and upper extremities, and hips, knees and ankles. She has a special interest in functional rehabilitation – strengthening using static and dynamic environments with weights, medicine balls, stability balls for transition to home exercise programs. Susan’s passion is to be a role model for her patients, family and friends through leading an active and healthy lifestyle. Her philosophy is that physical therapy should be a positive progression back to a pain free and conscientious lifestyle for patients, and have an understanding of why they are performing their specific rehab program. With her successful tenure and dedication on ongoing education to consistently learn and improve as a Physical Therapist, we are proud to have Susan as part of the Rebound Team. Outside of work, Susie is very active with her family including her husband, Jeff and two sons, Tyler and Andy
