Pamela Freres MSc, CPT
As a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Pamela’s focus is on the overall balance of strength and fitness of her clients. Pamela’s Masters of Science background in Physical Anthropology has given her a strong understanding of physiology and proper biomechanics. This allows Pamela to ensure that exercises and fitness techniques are appropriately geared for her clients and properly executed so that imbalances are accounted for, increasing functional strength and stability, lessening the possibility of injury and optimizing their health progress.
Pamela has been involved with fitness her entire life. With a passion from dancing to being a competitive swimmer for the US Masters Swimming team, she’s made it her priority to inspire others to live their life to the fullest as well. Helping people reach their personal health goals is what makes Pamela’s personal training job so fulfilling.
Pamela received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon and Master’s from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.
