Matt Onderdonk PT, DPT
Matt comes to Rebound from Portland where he spent most of his professional career working in outpatient physical therapy including several years at Oregon Health & Science University. Originally from the Northeast, Matt has lived in the Pacific Northwest since graduating from college. Matt was a three sport athlete in high school and went on to Oregon State University where he received his BS in Exercise and Sport Science while competing on their crew team. After OSU, Matt earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. During school he completed internships in the NW including in Bend and Portland. Prior to Rebound, Matt studied extensively with Kinetic Control addressing movement faults, along with manual therapy training through NAIOMT and the AFDMA. When he’s not in the clinic, Matt likes to carry heavy bags around. Whether it’s his mountaineering pack or his golf bag, you’ll usually find him outdoors. If he’s not doing that, he’s probably in the kitchen experimenting with a new cooking technique or traveling with his wife Hayley, a Central Oregon native, and their young son.
