Rebound Physical Therapy is searching for a qualified full-time Clinic & Program Development Director to be based in one of its clinics located in Bend, Oregon.

The Clinic Director is responsible for the day-to-day internal clinic operations, including patient care,
doctor relationships, staff management and development, marketing and maintaining of
referral sources, controlling costs and clinic operations and profitability.

Under the direction of Rebound owners, the Clinic Director develops value-added programs that support Rebound’s philosophy and goals, and enhance patient care services. Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – Full Time – Bend, OR

Rebound Physical Therapy is searching for a full-time COTA to join its industrial based rehabilitation practice.

Under the direction of Rebound’s OT Director, the COTA will work with patients providing rehabilitative services in our Industrial Rehabilitation setting. COTAs will work with a network of doctors, staff therapists, aides, and other multi-disciplinary staff to deliver the best patient care and positive clinical outcomes for Rebound patients.

Primary responsibilities include providing evidence-based treatment to patients, following treatment plans for maximal progress developed in collaboration with occupational and physical therapy, and working with patients who have spine, upper, and lower extremity orthopedic injuries.

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Associates Degree and Passing of a National certification exam required of a COTA.
  • Currently licensed or registered as a COTA in the State of Oregon.

The position will be based at Rebound’s Administrative office located near the Old Mill District. The schedule will consist of Monday through Friday for a total of 40-hours per week.

The AR Specialist works collaboratively and efficiently with the AR Team toward the achievement of department goals. The position is responsible for working with patients in a way that demonstrates Rebound’s commitment to excellent patient service. The goal is to ensure their accounts are processed correctly with insurance providers and in a timely manner while establishing appropriate expectations as to the patients’ responsibilities.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of high school diploma. Prefer Associate’s degree or equivalent of three years of job-related experience; preferably in a medical office environment.

Medical Insurance Verification Assistant – Full Time – Bend, OR

Rebound Physical Therapy is seeking a Medical Insurance Verification Assistant. This is a full-time position consisting of 40-hours per week, Monday – Friday and is based at Rebound’s Administrative Office located near the Old Mill District.
The Medical Insurance Verification Assistant is responsible for expediting the administrative requirements for patient referrals, dealing directly with health plans or referring physicians’ offices and ensuring proper notifications/authorizations have been obtained in a timely manner.
Education & Experience Qualifications

  • One – three years in the field of medical insurance verification, medical billing and medical billing software; and experience with EMR is an asset.
