Confidentiality and Privacy

Rebound Physical Therapy adheres to all the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, commonly known as HIPAA.  All patients are provided notice of Rebound’s privacy practices.  Patient records are considered protected health information and strict confidentiality is maintained; records will be released for treatment to referring physicians and for health insurance purposes with the consent of the patient.
