Tim grew up in Portland, Oregon, moved to Bend after high school, and has been drawn back to the area ever since. He attended Oregon State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Exercise Physiology. During his time there he worked in the bone research laboratory and worked on research projects including studies on Fosamax using animal models.
While at OSU he joined the cycling team and had some early success with racing. After graduating he joined Rebound as a Physical Therapy Aide for a year, then moved to Missoula to pursue his Masters in Physical Therapy at University of Montana.
Tim works in the Eastside clinic and Rebound Sports Performance Lab, specializing in cycling biomechanics. The most fulfilling aspect of his work is applying his vast knowledge of kinesiology with his love of cycling.
Tim is currently training to compete at a professional level in mountain bike events with a focus on cross country, short track, and super downhill racing. In his spare time he is remodeling his recently purchased first home.
